There's so many things I'm self-conscious about that I feel brides always look good, and I feel like I will look like crap. Am I the only person who thinks this?
I'm already upset because I wanted to get a laser procedure done because I have this annoying dark brown spot on my face from the sun and birth control so that it'd be gone by wedding day, but I don't think they're going to be able to do anything about it, and I will just feel so self-conscious. I just feel like it's so important for the bride to look gorgeous that day.

Try focusing more on what the day means to you and FI. I'm sure you will be beautiful no matter what happens, but that is not the only thing that matters. Every bride is beautiful on her wedding day if she remembers to smile and cherish the moment.

Every bride looks beautiful on her wedding day, even with a full beard! I know how you feel because I still can't try on my dress because I gained so much weight since I bought it. But as cheesy as it sounds I really think that your wedding day is all about the beauty and love you feel inside coming to the surface. I've been to a lot of bad weddings, and while I have seen a lot of ugly dresses and cheesy receptions I have NEVER seen an ugly bride. You will be more beautiful than you ever imagined!
And I know someone who is amazing with lasers if that silly spot is really a burden!

I think we all have insecurities about how we will look that day, it's so important to us. I'm sure you will look beautiful! There are amazing things that can be done with make-up to cover that spot on your face if it is going to bother you like that. Have you spoken to your make-up person about it?

Everyone is self concious about their bodies and their looks. I have an acne problem on my face, chest & back. I've gone to the doctor and was on antibiotics for it for 2 months, It got much much better but I got my period everyday! YIKES! I decided, I would rather have acne than my period everyday, especially on my wedding day! FH loves me for who I am, and what I look like now! You shouldn't have to change yourself for ONE Day!
Not to mention I have a STRAPLESS gown!
Don't worry! You will look BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!o

Listen, Im no supermodel. As a matter of fact, Im an ugly duckling. But rest assured, as ugly as I am, I will be a pretty pretty princess on my wedding day, and there's no one that can convince me otherwise. You will be as pretty as you believe in yourself to be.

I'll try to think more happy. I've gotten used to things I grew up with and learned to accept, but it's harder when it's something that I've only had for the last year or so.

A bride can wear a white potato sac and have now showered for a week and still look awesome! It's all in your additude! It is the happiest day of your life and it's obvious to everyone.
If you are really concerned, can you get makeup to cover it?
I am self conscious too...I'm worried I will look like I am winking at everyone if I am sleep deprived because thet's when I get my lazy eye!
I am sure you will look beautiful, every bride has such a glow!
I am feeling the exact same way lately, I hate my smile. I smile too big and I have to smile in my pictures...

Don't worry.... Your FH is marrying you for the person you are on the inside and he loves you for the person you are on the outside.
Try and find a great make-up artist.. THey can cover up that spot in no time..... You are going to look BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

I TOTALLY stressed about how I would look my wedding day, you want to look and feel beautiful, its natural!!!! I worrie dthat my hair wouldnt turn out, or my makeup, or that my skin would break out, I actually stressed about being an ugly bride, I know that sounds vain and awful, but when on a daily basis, people are syaing ' oh, you are going to be a gorgeous bride' you wnat to live up to their expectations! For my wedding, everything turned out PERFECT!! I had teh airbrusihing, which can COVER anything, have you tried that? Check it out, go for a trial, it may cover up the brown spot you were talking about, but really, whst so bad abouta brown spot? You fh loves you with it, everyone already knows ya with it, they wont even think twice about it!!! Dont stress, have faith in the people you hired to do your ,makeup and hair, allow extra time to fix mistakes if they happen and RELAX!!!! I have honestly never seen an ungly bride in my life, there is something about a girl in white with a veil who is glowing because she is about to get married...hang in there!!! It will all wrk out!!!

YOU ARE GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I am upset because I've gained so much weight.. but my FI said that he LOVES me, he is going to be thankful that he is marrying me.. Your FI obviously loves YOU and wants YOU the way YOU ARE or you wouldn't be getting married.. Don't worry about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I worry about all the little things too, but believe me they are all just little things! I have bad skin, my teeth are messed up, and my hair... But I know that on that day, despite it all I will look radiant. You will too!!! Cheer up!!! If you feel it really bothers you try seeing a dermatologist, there may be an easier treatment then laser.

I have the same feelings as you! I have HORRIBLE dark circles under my eyes no matter what makeup is used, bags under my eyes, messed up teeth, gross hair, bumps on my feet, I gained a lot of weight recently, I could go on and on and on.....
