can they make changes? I gave the lady that I ordered the BM dresses from the height of one of the girls and then she says today that they were ordered without an extra length....Are you kidding me? Then she says oh have her wear flats...she claims there is nothing she can do about it. Sooo upsettttttttttttt

it depends on the place... where i ordered my bm dresses they didn't place the order until all of the orders were in so the dye lots matched so i was able to make changes before all orders were placed (and thank god this was their policy bc i ended up changing my colors about 3409280329 times)
