I believe it is supposed to kick back in right away....

yes it kicks back right away...but the dr's would like the extra hormones to be out of your body, so they tell you to wait 3 months before actually conceiving...BUT some ladies get PG right away

Also a doctor would suggest that if you are TTC to take pre-natal vitamins. Starting right after you stop taking the pill so you get the folic acid you need.
