Call and check your orders, since their merge with Mens Warehouse.....

They lost our order in the system

3 months to go and this crap is happening!!!!

I have to bring in my paperwork next weekend and have them redo everything in the system!!!

We would never have known, but FH dad went to get measured and they couldn't locate our names or anything in their dadtabase

So mad that I tried to be good by doing things early, made no difference!!!

Other than this experience.. are they good to work with? We are 99.9% sure we will be using them! When we went in to look the last time they told us about the merge and told us to come back after Jan.

Thanks for the heads up! They warned me and told me not to order until the first or second week of January due to the merger. Hopefully they get everything cleared for you.

BTW- double check the styles bc after the merger they are going to discontinue certain things and substitute them with others.

That's what they told Debi and Fred. Debi thought the folks at After Hours a bit more friendly. Even though they merged here in Lancaster County, they are still separate stores, and they can go to the friendlier one here. That's not to say there aren't friendly folks at both stores in your neck of the woods!! Mary MOB

We hope they still have Fred's colors too. They did at the Bridal Show we attended recently. Mary MOB

I wish they would have told us that information, but they didn't...
The manager was using that as an excuse, but I felt/feel it is very unprofessional, and inexcusable! A place like that shouldn't just 'LOSE' your information.... Thank god I have all the paperwork and contracts... The manager seemed nice on the phone and assures me she will personally fix this next weekend when we go in and knock off the price of each of our groomsmens rentals....
Which is great, the point is, we shouldn't have to be making a trip back there to show them the contract they made I should make them pay for the car rental to get back out to Massa....

I think if you booked after the merge, you're all good, just check if you did before the merge, like we did...

to be perfectly honest, the staff that helped us when we went in July were VERY friendly, but they ordered the wrong tux (which we bought) for FH- he ended up liking no biggie... and had a white tie for all the guys in the initial system instead of blue because the employee keyed in the wrong 'codes' ....
and then.... this....

maybe since the merge they are a little more ' put together'. We're hoping
