Are you having a final meeting of some sort with Phil or your MC? I want to request one but he just asked me to email him the forms so I want to see if this is an odd request.

hey, im using them and getting married the weekend b4 u, we just met with him last week. so u can meet with him now, just call and make an appointment..

I know we have to complete the forms. But he did say that we would set up a time to meet with him in September (our wedding is in Nov).
I would definitely ask him if you can have a one on one.
