we reserved a block of rooms in the hotel after the wedding for whichever guests want to stay over....in our room after the wedding, we want an afterparty with just the wedding party as part of our thank you for them for sharing in our day...my parents are having one in their room for everyone else...u think thats not right of us to have only the wedding party in our room? i feel weird about it but thats what the fh wants to do.....any opinions???
It is your wedding. What ever you two want to do after the wedding is your choice. I think that is fine. A lot of people may just go home afterwards. Just don't adverstise what you and FH are doing. Hope I am not rambling.

I think that is really nice but are you going to want your BP in your room after the wedding till whatever time. What if you did something in the hotel bar--that is what we are doing so if we want to leave we can...I know I will get to a point of being exhausted after being up at 7:00 that morning & who knows if i will even sleep. JMO
I think it is nice that you are doing something for the bridal party. What if you did a brunch for them the next day.
no we're staying at the islandia marriott...we will stay at the bar there for a little while but then back to the room...hey, i have no problem kicking anyone out -- its my wedding nite!! lol
