Yes!
The village of Huntington is fullll of bars and it's about a 10 minute drive from the Fox Hollow. We are having our afterparty at Finley's. (My wedding ends at 6:30 so we definitely wanted to do something afterwards.) There is also Finnegan's, Meehans, FH Riley's, JD Carrington's, Christophers, Mary Carroll's, and the Valencia Tavern (but the last one is a little seedy so I am not sure you want to go there .... cheap though!). Meehan's is a great place for an afterparty.
Or, there is a bar on Jericho Tpke about a 1/2 mile from the Fox Hollow called 'The Inn Between.' It's a pub / bar. Never been there but I think my FH has and he liked it.

All the places I mentioned will be open on Sunday night at 11:30, except maybe for FH Riley's which is a rest / bar. The rest are mainly bars that also serve food. Not sure they would serve food that late, though. You can call however to make sure they would be open - best places to try are Finley's, Meehan's and Finnegans. I would bet they'd be open as they are the bigger bars in town. Good luck!
