I wish we could have 1 but our wedding ends at 12am and we have a 8am flight to go on our HM.
our wedding ended at 130, so we didnt have an after party.... it was late enough
we are having one at the hotel they said as long as they are 10 or more people in the bar at 1 they will stay open later

There is a bar at The Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma by the airport and then are open till 4am and I know that the Holiday Inn in Plainview stays open a little latter than 2am. My hotel probably stays open because it is a bar that people go to that aren't staying at the hotel, they have bands and djs that play there

the one at the Holiday inn at Ronkonkoma though will only stay open if there are more than 20 people in the bar...
Definitely at the hotel!
On the day of we ended up adding an extra hour and a half to the bar at the RH...people were up dancing and having a good time so we didn't want to just end it. It was supposed to end at 12am but we stayed till like 1:30/2am.
Our reception ends at 1AM...there's a bar right next to the hotel so people can go there if they want. The BP and immediate family is staying in a private building w/ FH & I, so we can just party in there.
My after party will consist of being in my hotel room with hubby!!
