Our hotel has a bar that we will be using for our after party. Our reception ends at 11 and we are deciding on whether to have the bar stay open until 2 or 4.
Same with us. We have longer reception bc FH HAD TO HAVE a Viennesse hour but afterward everyone can go to the hotel bar. They stay open as long as people are drinking.
I totally picked the Viana hotel because the bar will stay open until 4am....after party there!!! Then post-nuptial breakfast in the morning!
our reception ends at 10:30... the afterparty will be at the hotel bar! (open till 2am)

I'm having a hard time with this since my wedding is an afternoon wedding on a Sunday. It ends at 4:30 so I have no idea if we should have something afterwords. FH want to but I think the wedding is enough and one of the reasons I wanted it so early on a Sunday was so people wouldn't have to take Monday off from work.
I won't be doing an after party. Our wedding is on a Sunday night. Reception ends at 12:30am so after that is FH and our time!
We are not doing an after party because our reception ends at 1am.

my reception is on a saturday, and ends at 5:30. we are thinking about renting out one of FHs clients houses in the hamptons and getting a party bus to bring ppl back to the house, party some more, and then recover on the beach! i really hope it happens![]()

Not sure if we are going to do one, our reception ends at 12:30 or 1:00am so I feel like by the time people get to the hotel they are going to be shot. If we do decide, it will be at the Viana and well extend the bar to 4:00am. (I kind of want to, I have to feel our friends who are staying out).

FH and I are trying to decide how to feed our guests at this point. We might actually send someone to White Castle to pick up a crave case or two, just so people have something to pick on. Plus we're putting out to-go boxes during outr VH so there should be some dessert and stuff. Then a breakfast brunch get together at the hotel the next morning. So excited our wedding is on a Friday so we have the whole weekend to hangout with our friends and family. We've got a lot of people coming in from other states.
