After Party--North Fork Wedding Help

Hello All:
My fh and I are getting married at The Vineyards in Aquebogue next August. It's a day wedding, so we were hoping to host an informal after party for our friends to keep the party going after the wedding. We aren't looking for anything especially fancy or expensive. Just a place where we can hang out, drink, eat, and possibly dance...we looked into some wineries, but most only serve house wine. We would like a place that also sells hard liquor and beer and that serves food. Some kind of entertainment would be a plus as well whether it be live music, a dj, or pool tables. Our room block is in Riverhead, so the after party could probably be anywhere from Riverhead to Greenport or Riverhead to Southampton. Does anyone have any ideas?

if you go to the hamptons, beach bar is out that way as well as a bunch of clubs/bars on dune road...otherwise if you back track a bit to patchogue, i think there are some places on the water down that way...hampton bays also has blue...
