After Party on a Sunday??

What do you guys think about an after party on a Sunday? Most people have work the next day and our wedding will be over by 9pm. However, it is New Years weekend and a loooot of out of town guests are coming and taking off the following monday. Where can we go on a sunday?? My reception is in Woodbury Ny

Are you getting a block for OOTers? Does the hotel have a bar that they will keep open for you?

Just a quick FYI-- My wedding is in Woodbury too, on a Sunday. Our hotel will not stay open past 11pm-- even if we paid. They said it is a regulation they have.
