Hey Girls! I need an opinion. We started looking into a coffee/food truck. We found a few deals and narrowed it down to two...one being a truck and one being LM passing things out. I am not sure if its a waste of money. Please give me your opinion!
Thanks
If we went with the truck it would include 11 dozen dunkin donuts, hot pretzels, bottles of soda and water, hot beverages, taped music, a thank you sign and lighting. This costs $907 and tax
We also asked Larkfield and they said they can pass out hot pretzels, water, soda and hot beverages, this would be 2.75 a person coming to about 385 total.
I feel like the truck is a WOW factor..but I dont know what to do!....
we are looking into wether we can keep extra truck food for after party..

I love this idea too...I'll be looking into if I can do it back at my hotel somehow...I say since the people will be leaving LM and not hanging around might as well have LM pass out the food and save on that money!

It depends if you are having an after party at a hotel then have the truck. Otherwise save money and have LM do it.

that's an awesome idea, but I'm trying to picture where your going to have the truck located. If it's immediately outside by the enterance, you'll be blocking the exit for your guests. I can't remember if they had the back enterance open, but I only saw our guests leaving out of the front.

I think the point is to give them something to eat while they are waiting for valet?

I would just have Larkfield do it and save yourself the $600. People will still be impressed and wow'ed when they walk out and have someone from Larkfield serving them.
