After reading your suggestions, I like the idea of sewing in the cups, has any past brides done this and was it comfortable? Did it work for you? Any pros or cons?

Original Question: Okay, I am embarrassed because I am clueless about this.

This is my dress. What kind of bra do I wear? Do I need to buy a special bra or can I wear a regular bra? And see the back, I don't want my bra to show.

I don't have an answer about what kind of bra, I just wanted to say not to be embarrassed because I would want to know the same thing!

I had the backless, strapless bra sewed into my dress, and that worked perfectly.

I had cups sewn in my prom dress and in one or two other fancy dresses, and it worked out really well. It was reccommended to me by my salon as well. Like everyone's saying, it's a matter of what kind of support you need.

I had cups sewn in on my gown-I don't need them (I have a c cup breast) but I wanted a bra feeling, if you know what I mean.

I loved it and it was soooo comfy!!!!
