After the happiness of being engaged, comes the saddness of loosing my uncle :'(

Yesterday my uncle passed away.

It has been a very emotional night/day. & this is just the beginning.

Instead of being happy that I just got engaged, I have to deal with the saddness of my uncle passing & knowing that he won't be at my engagement party or my wedding.

This is a very hard time for my family since he was young and died suddenly.

He went into the hospital for a cough & 2 days later winded up in a coma and had an pneumonia. 3 1/2 weeks later his lungs started bleeding from an infection & he stopped breathing.

This is a tragic loss to our family.

I'm so so so sorry. WE lost an uncle unexpectedly a couple of years ago on Christmas Eve and it was SO SO SO hard. My thoughts are with you and your family.

side note - my close friend got engaged in dec and 3 weeks later in jan her uncle died.. i got engaged in june and 4 weeks later my uncle died!! now you!! weird!!!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. A sudden loss of a loved one is very difficult. I lost my brother suddenly in May...If you need someone to talk to please feel free to FM me. I found a great book that may be helpful in the future:
