After the reception

Are any of you girls going out?? My FH wants to continue the partying after the reception. I just can't see going to a pub w/ my gown on. Thing is my FH is from Ireland where the weddings are usually held at a hotel so everyone continues to party after everything is done. So he has it in his head that we should do this.

I might be either ready to fall on my face or ready to boogie. I just don't know what to do!!

we are staying at a hotel that has a bar, we will be at the bar with some friends after the reception

But actually no we wont be continuing the party afterward, our flight to PR leaves at 10am.....I needs me some sleepytime

We're going back to the hotel and having a little after party with all of the bp and guests staying at the hotel..

I would like to stay out. My whole family will be there from out of town but the wedding ends at 1am so I doubt it

We're going back to our hotel bar & have a few drinks & quality time w/our guests staying there for awhile. Then a brunch with them the next morning.

We stayed out to after 3am at the hotel bar/club/restaurant. We made sure we picked a hotel with are bar and talked to the bar manager in advance to make sure they would stay open. I stayed in my gown too! It was fun!! DH and I love to party so we would have had it no other way!

We stayed at the hotel the reception was at and they have a bar there. I changed (kept the tiara on though!) and went with my hubby to the bar for a little while. Even though everyone said they were meeting us there afterwards, only about 10 people showed up. It was a really long day and everone was exausted, especially the people who had children to go home to after. Either they were exausted or so drunk they passed out, including our best man!

We may or may not- it depends on whether or not we are going on our honeymoon the next day or not. If we did it - it would have to be spur of the moment thing.

I might be the wrong person to respond - being that I have a bit of the irish in me, but yes - we do plan to continue the festivities. Our wedding is over at 10.00 on a holiday weekend.

I may leave my dress on or change into another dress I got

I was actually looking for a white dress yesterday. As a just in case dress. But I don't think I want to take of the dress!! I LOVE IT!!

We'll be partying afterwards as well - at least that is the game plan (our wedding, as of now, is set to end at 1am)...but we're right next to the Wyndham so we intend on an after hours par-tay with the guests that will be spending the night.

To those of you who are staying at hotels with bars, What hotel are you staying at?? I cant seem to find a hotel with a Bar. Very frustrated!!! My FH is also from Ireland and wants to pary afterwards. Right now we are thinking of going to a pub in the town I grew up in, which is fine. Except how am I going to get the guests to and from the restaurant/bar.

We are reserving a bar in the city for a little after party so we can continue the fun. I will def stay in my dress.

Everyone else went out but we went straight to the hotel room. We were both exhausted.

I am very torn about this. My sisters got us a night at the Garden City Hotel...but I'm afraid that we are going to want to hang out with friends. Can't decide what to do. We can get the hotel for anyother night if we want to...but I don't want to regret it.

Yes, definitely. I'm not sure what hotel I'm staying at for the wedding night, but wherever I stay that's where we'll all go and hang out at the bar. I would like to wear my dress for as long as possible, maybe even brunch the next day
