Who is going to cut there hair off after the wedding?

I happen to look better with short hair and my hair looks healthier. It is also a look that you don't see every day. I can tough it out for the next 5+months. I think.

Me! I'm cutting it off after the wedding. I had short hair freshman yr in college when I met FI and then grew it out and i've had it long ever since (really long at some points)!!

I want to keep it long so I can have a nice 'do' for the wedding, but after that I want to cut it and have an actual style... plus i'm going to donate the hair they cut off!

My sis looks exactly like me and just got a short haircut and its adorable! I can't wait.. it'll be something new.

I'm with you. There are many LONG hairstyles that are gorgeous but they are not for me. My hair, in its growing stages looks horrible and I am not good with a hair brush. When I am butchy short, it takes me 10 seconds and I love it!

Again, I subject you 06ers to my short hair pics! Obviously, I hadn't hit the tanning salon til the second picture! OMG!

My FH is freaking out about me staying in shape after the wedding also- he has nothing to worry about I am keeping my long hair and will keep going to the gym!

(And just to stay on topic, there is no way I will ever cut my hair short. Short hair looks awful on me!!)

I agree - - with my hair long, I feel like I don't have a style. I just blow it out in the morning to put it up by the time I'm at the office. I feel like a kid doing this! Ever since I hit the business world, I've always had my hair short....until FI! After the HM - bring on the scissors! My hairdresser already has pics of what I want her to do!

I have had long hair, I've had short, and I've had in between. I like the shorter styles, but I'm having fun growing out my hair now. I do think I'll cut it sometime after the wedding, but I'm not sure if it will be immediately.

I was jsut talking to my FI about this. I think I might but just past my shoulders.

I am getting married and moving to England all within a week. I think why not cut it, color it differently then grow it back. That's the great thing about hair it grows back!

I am not married yet, but I recently cut 13 inches (yes that is not a typo- thirteen inches) off and donated it to locks of love. My hair was down to my butt. I work in construction and had been saying for over a year that I wanted to cut it. FH pleaded with me to let it grow more (down to the butt wasn't long enough-hehehe). I waited.... but only 2 months and had it chopped. It is still below my shoulders and I know that I made some kid very very happy. You have to cut 10 inches to donate...but I had plenty to give so I gave a bit more.

im the type of person who lets my hair grow it for a bit, then cut it, back and forth....so ive made a pact with the girl who cuts my hair....only trims until the wedding, then when its all over i'll do something different and fun!!

Yes, I definitely will!!! How long does it have to be?

You have to donate at least 10 inches. If you have layers you have to separate them and cut and label them by length.
