I spent over $4,000 on an eve of milady dress. So now I am trying to figure out what to do with it afterwards. Could use the money so trying to sell it for maybe half the price would be great. But then I feel that there is sentiment to it. And what if ten years from now when I renew my vows I wanna wear it and suprise every one by still fitting it.
or maybe might wanna save it for my daughter. Its a gorgeous dress.

I really want to have my dress made into baptismal outfits one boy and one girl. I am going to have two dress labels made with my and fh's names and our wedding date that will be in my dress on our wedding day then sewn into each baptism outfit. I figure baptism gowns don't have style so my dress can be passed on to my children and grandchildren that way.

someone posted about preserving the dress in a shadow box and hanging it on you rwall at home...i thought that was a fabulous idea!
FH and I met in college and we are doing that for our college sport uniforms and hanging them side by side
I want to trash the dress but it is January so we will see if not I am going to give it to one of those dress drive places

I like the idea of taking pictures in a different location on a different day, but not so much trashing the dress.
I want to have it forever!
