Girls, I'm having huge issues finding decent suits. I'm 30, I'm not skinny... I feel like NOTHING is flattering and nothing is made for this age/size group. Everything is either teeny bikinis that make me look like a sausage b/c they poke in my fat, or matronly one pieces/tankinis with built in cups. I'm a medium age, medium size, girl. Please help me find a suit.
PS - I have no boobs and can't wear something with cups b/c they indent.

they really do look like they have cute stuff my friends good friend owns the place so ill have to ask her when its open lol

Oh, and I think I'm returning that dress to Express. I found one at Marshalls that I like thats not quite as short, so I think I'll be more comfortable in it...

I would try Target. I get my suits there all the time and they def have ones that are sexy/flattering for that type of figure!

My shape is way more exaggerated than yours, but I am very bottom heavy. I struggle with swim suits because I border between a size 12 and 14... Old Navy bottoms are always too low cut for me. One pieces don't work because I'm at least 1 size bigger on my bottom than on my top, so one part is either too tight or too loose. I have gotten some decent pieces in the past from Target, but a lot of their stuff is juniors sizes which I can't fit anymore.
Believe it or not I stocked up on a couple of suits at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet at Tanger before the HM, got two pieces, their bottoms have good coverage without looking stupid.
I also do the different color pieces all the time. I have a pair of black bottoms that I love the fit on, I wear turquoise tops, pink, green... it always looks cute (or so I think!).
Love the JCrew bandeau twist top - I was looking at that one too!
Hopefully you're happy with your purchases!

I actually just take a really good photo! I'm two sizes bigger on the bottom than I am on the top, which is a real b*tch when buying swimsuits, b/c the tops that 'go' with larger bottoms usually are for girls with bigger chests, which I do NOT have... UGH. I'm excited to get my suits and I hope they workout... I DEFINITELY need rear coverage.

ITA!! And its great because you can buy separate pieces in differnt sizes and they have a huge selection. Lots of cute cover-ups, too.
