I bought a strapless eve of milady dress. I want to add something that looks like a cap sleeves in the front but goes around the back of the neck and makes an open 'key hole' on the back...I would have to be made of sheer material with crystals...the store where i bought my gown said they would custom make it but it would cost $500...do they sell something like this detachable that i can just attach to my gown????
Maybe try another tailor? They might be cheaper if they are not affiliated with a bridal shop.

I had fallen in love with a Paloma Blanca with a keyhole back and cap sleeves, then found a strapless dress at B urton's. They would add the sleeves for like $150 or $200.
I ended up finding another dress, but I did also have that option
