agitated about my shower

I shouldn't even know about any of this, but my parents have been in a foul mood for weeks and I don't know why b ut my dad said to me tonight that he's totally pi$$ed at FH because he asked him to tell my MOH to call him about the shower, and to tell FMIL to get a guest list together and this was three weeks ago and nothing has been done. So he finally told me about it tonight and I kinda like brought it up to him in a non threatening way and was like dad said he asked you to talk to liz and your mom and something three weeks ago and hes like don't worry about it, I'm taking care of it tomorrow, so i'm like oh whats it about, he's like NOTHING!!! I'm like okay it's fine!!!! but my dad is insane because he feels like this is for me and he wants everything to be perfect because im the only child and I got in touch with my MOH who as always is amazing and is jumping in to help smooth over the situation, but I just feel like it shouldn't have gotten to this point, FH should have taken care of this weeks ago, now I feel like my parents are eternally pi$$ed at FH and it's never going to be better, ugh!!!!!

im sorry...im sure ur dad will be fine with fh hes just pissed now cause like u said he wants ur shower to be perfect..now thats its out in the open fh and ur moh will get things going and u will have an amazing shower

Awww..I'm sorry you're going through this... I agree...sometimes guys need a little push here and there...but FH def. should have done something...specially since he can't get the push from you. I would let your Dad and FH know that you want to step back a bit... that you don't want to hear anything about the shower from here on out...maybe that would help...
