I would tell her that alothough you are honored that she would want to do your hair and maek-up for that day, you are going to be pampering yourself at a salon with your bridesmaids.

Tell her you have a whole spa day already planned but the offer is appreciated. She will understand.

IMO I would respectly decline and maybe say you alreay had someone in mind or partly booked. I'm with you... money is nothing when it comes to what you really want and making sure you feel good about yourself that day

First make sure the person you WANT to go to is available...then tell you that you are so happy she offered, but you have your heart on someone and want to go with them. Maybe she can do hair/makeup for your mom and maybe some of the bridal party?
