It took me a week to figure out what was going on with it. I had to wipe out the software and reinstall it, then I had to install patches because my Windows update was interferring with it. Goodness!!! That was so annoying. Sorry for the vent!
Doesn't it feel good when you get something up and running!!!! FH & I finally got our home PC up and running yesterday, we've been without a computer at home for months!!!

Jessamyn, you sound like a technological genius!!!!!!!! How did you know how to do that? My HP printer stopped scanning. When I try to scan, using the buttons on the printer. I get the message no scan opton/no connection, something like that. The only way I can scan is to do it through the HP Solution Center on the computer. Mary MOB

I had a similiar issue. I went on the hp website and downloaded the patch for Internet Explorer 7. It was around the time that I upgraded my IE that my printer stopped working.
