ahhhh i have the BEST FH!!!!
I was juuuuust drooling over David Wright this afternoon in the 'who is your celeb boinker choice' thread ![]()
---- and we had tix to go to Shea tonight.
FH got there really early (he works very close, I went in separately), and was able to see batting practice. He started chatting with some guy in the seats, and it turns out that this guy KNOWS David Wright!!! The guy calls David over, and my FH says, 'My fiance LOOOOOVES you - she'd die if she knew I was talking to you!'
SO David, the man of all men that he is, says, 'Aw, go get something for me to sign for her!'
FH ran up to the souvenier stand and bought a pic of one of David's diving into the stands plays (his tongue is out in the pic - LOVE THAT!![]()
)...he brought the pic back down, and David came right over and SIGNED THE PIC FOR HIM!!!
lookie!

hahaha - FH reminding me that I belong to HIM!!!
What a fun night! And the Mets actually WON! (Please disregard how tired I look in the pic, AND how horrible my spelling is at nearly 1am!)
