AHhhh! My ringbearer gift might not get here in time for the rehearsal dinner on Friday....
I ordered a backpack for our ringbearer (a really cute one with a shark on it and his name) and I thought LLBean used 2-day Fed Ex as there standard means of shipping and they told me today it was only a holiday courtesy. Now we are at Wednesday and although the monogramming is ready, it hasn't shipped yet and I am so nervous it won't get here by Friday and my poor little ringbearer will be without a gift.

If it hasnt shipped yet, cant you call LLBean and have them upgrade the shipping to a 2 day or overnight?
If not, but him a little something extra and give him a picture of the backpack from the catalog with an IOU and explain the situation.

I asked to upgrade the shipping and they said that the order was processed so they can't change the shipping..
I feel so bad. I guess we will need to get him a toy or something. I just wish I had known that it wasn't standard 2-day all the time. He is only 5 years old. I don't want him to be sad.
