Am I an idiot? I can not find a good way to cut the **** vellum. The double sided tape works great, but they are just not lining up right. I do not know what to do. I want to throw the votives out the window!
Christy, I just did mine. I had FH design them in Adobe Illustrator (he's a graphic designer). If you happen to have the application I'll send you my template. What he did was slightly curve the top and bottom (the same amount of curve for arch) and the sides are angled of the vellum wrap for each one. The more the curve at the top the more the angle on the sides. I must say, including the designing, printing, cutting, double sided taping (and then gluing b/c they didn't all stay put), and putting ribbon bows around each...it must have taken me about 8+ hours. wow you all have great ideas. Well once again FH has bailed me out. He is doing them on his own. He figured out a system that works for him. He made 24 today, they dont look perfect, but they are nice enough. I told him we could just forget it, but he really wants to do this for me. Man I am one bridezilla lately! Anyway Thank you so much for all of the help and advice. You are the best!
