I just spent a while setting up automatic bill payer through TFCU online. I go to pay bills and I get an ERROR The customer svc. woman had no idea how to help me

What error do you get? Do you have the latest version of Internet Explorer? You can find your version by clicking Help then About Internet Explorer.

Version 6.0.......is that what you need to know? This is all chinese to me. Could it have anything to do with cookies?

Stacy, I use TFCU's site for bills, too, and sometimes when you are inactive, they log you out. So like, if you were sitting there typing stuff in for a while, they will consider it an error.

I tried signing out and then signing back in, but I got the same error. I entered sooo much stuff and I'm gonna be pi$$ed if I lose it all!!
