Aimee Atelier - Sample Sales?

So my mom and I went to the Amsale/Kenneth Pool sample sale today. It was really nice, but I didn't see anything that I was IN LOVE with, and the 1 or 2 pics that I printed beforehand that were my favorite gowns they didn't have samples of . So afterward we walked over to Aimee Atelier. I wanted to show my mom a gown of theirs (the Lori) that I'd seen earlier in the week that I was in love with. Well, my mom & I absolutely fell in love w/every dress in there. The catch is their gowns average $7k - $11k. I wouldn't completely throw out the idea of buying a custom couture gown, but if I could buy a sample for $3-$4k I'd like that much better. Does anyone here know if Aimee Atelier has sample sales? Or does anyother store sell their gowns and have sample sales? I'm just a little bothered by the idea of spending $9k on a dress I'm gonna wear one time! Of course, my FH tells me that it's the most important dress I'll ever wear so I should go w/what I love (bless his heart, lol), but I still find $9k for a one time affair a little stinging. Any pointers ladies???
