Re: air brushed makeup
This is my opinion... Airbrush is just better.
You get different answers depending on what kind of makeup artist you ask, the kind that doesn't know how to use the fancy airbrush equipment or the one that does.
Airbrush blends a lot better so if you need a lot of coverage it looks more natural. It doesn't leave streaks on your face after a few hours. It feels light on your face.
Airbrush is used on models, on photoshoots, on television. So if you being photographed, you get airbrush.
Airbrush is not easy to do, many makeup artists will only airbrush foundation. Some will airbrush blush and eyeshadow. It requires great skill and precision. There is air button and and a color button.
I had a 'makeup artist' tell me, 'airbrush is messy, I don't like it'. Thats kind of the point, cooking is messy too, but Martha Stewart alway has a spotless counter and stove.

Re: air brushed makeup
i had an airbrush makeup trial and really liked how it came out. It was light and airy and stayed on the whole day, even after going out to a bar that night!
