Air Jamaica vs American Airlines

We are going to St Lucia for our honeymoon. My travel agent said Air Jamaica is a much nicer airline but I have never flown with them. I have only traveled American Airlines to the Carribean and wasn't impressed. Any thoughts?

Air Jamaica- By far better

Hi Diva, My Fiance and I went to Jamaica, last year and flew air jamaica. It was such a nice flight. they serve champagne( it was 8:00 a.m.) throughout the airplane, and we did not fly first class. We flew on a Tuesday, so the flight was empty! My cousin flew Air Jamaica to Sandals St Lucia, golf resort and spa,and she too liked the flight! Good luck with your decision!
