Airbrush Makeup

Hi!

I'm getting married August 09 and was interested in airbrush makeup...can anyone give me any suggestions for who to use? And any advice on if it is a good idea/bad idea, etc...
Thanks so much!

Re: Airbrush Makeup

I used it and LOVED it. I have had my make up done many times with both regular and airbrush. For me the airbrush looked better and lasted long, on wedding day it lasted all day and never had to touch up that day at all. Even the next day it was still on. It also depends ALOT on who you use bc someone has to be good with it. For one they HAVE to use water based foundation for the airbrush. They can't use the silicone based foundation, that is used just for photoshoots and stuff, its way too heavy for an all day event and its used just for magazines for how it looks in pics, in person it can look too much. Airbrush is supposed to be very light, you barely feel the make up on your face, if you can feel it and looks cakey then the make up artist did it wrong. They also have to know the right pressure to use, otherwise it can mess up.

I used Marueen Pedala. Alot of make up artists for weddings do use airbrush. Jacqueline Nicole in LI is also very good.
