So, of course, when I was supposed to book my honeymoon a month ago, the prices were 100 less than they are now.
I am flying to Anguilla in June. I have checked with every website that offers deals.
do prices just keep going up, or do they fluctuate? I'm afraid to keep waiting for fear that they will keep going up - but I can't give up hope that I won't have to pay 650 to fly to Anguilla!!
Any input from people who travel alot?
Thank You!

Re: Airline prices - keep going up?
Airlines post new pricing Tues and Wed. I'd wait another 2 weeks, check periodically but especially late Tuesday night and early Wed morning. If after 2 weeks it's the same, just book it. It's possible it may have been an early purchase rate that you originally saw, in which case it will not be coming back.

A good friend of mine prices airline bonds (this is her job --to price airline debt)...She said they are not going down --I would buy now --oil prices keep going up so I doubt airlines are going to lower their prices...

Just to add that the longer you get to your date, the more $$$ it is. The earlier you book, the more chances you have to get a better deal.

But aren't those futures purchased way ahead? They should be stable right now...?? I guess you would think so, but with the airlines in such trouble who knows!
