Aisle Runner at RH

For girls out there who had a custom aisle runner and got married at the RH - Did the RH put the runner down for you and when did you drop it off?

FH just called RH to discuss this and the BM told him that the runner is usually laid out by the limo company or florist. Does that sound right?

We have our final appt next Wed eve and we were planning on dropping off everything we'll need for day of incl the runner, but now I'm concerned that they won't lay it out.

yes, usually it is the limo company or florist who provide them but in my case, i don't have limos, and florist was charging me $100 to RENT it. the RH said i can bring my own and just leave it with them and they'll set it up for me anyhow.
