Has anyone ever heard of this? They're furnished apartment buildings in the city that you can stay in for 1 night or rent for as long as you want. We were thinking of staying here for my bachelorette party as opposed to a super expensive hotel room that is teeny tiny. Any experiences with this?

Interesting! I live 1 block away from this building and just assumed it was a regular co-op. At the very least this is a great neighborhood and super close to all those bars on second ave.

Looks awesome. I think it's a good idea and the price really isn't all that bad for the city.
