Aksing BMaids

Does anyone have a creative or fun way that they asked their bridesmaids to be in their wedding party? I'm trying to think of cute special ways to ask my girsl...I've thought about the cards with the dress on them, but I know some of them have gotten those before for other weddings and I want to try to make it unique!

i was going to say cards... i am no help
all of mine pretty much knew they were in my party... we are just that close

I basically asked them and gave them flowers. I only have 2 my 1 MOH and 1BM I gave my MOH (my sister) a planner that I made myself from a regular binder at Staples. I fixed it up and put some things in the book for her and she loved it!

i gave them a flower at my e party and a card with a poem that read

Its hard to believe that in a little while
Brian and me will walk down the aisle
nothing would give me more joy or pride
to have you there by me side

Will you be my bridesmaid?

I made cards on Microsoft Publisher, it was more personal than Hallmark, lol. I also send out a Bridal Bulletin every month to keep the girls informed on what's happening

I asked my 3 cousins...They live right across the street to Russos on the Bay...I asked them to go to a bridal show with me and before that to dinner.

Before I picked them up I went to the resturant and placed a piece of paper in their menu saying....Will you be my bridesmaid?

One of my couisns (who loves herself) wa slike ...OMG I think the waiter gave me his number...bc her paper fell out of the menu....and then when all of them opened it...they all screamed and jumped...that everyone started clapping in the resturant...

as for asking my friends...Idk yet....I might nto do that for a while ...i feel i got time
