Al just got into a car accident

nothing major - he's fine but the car is damaged.

Some guy backed into the side of the car as he was pulling out. Now he's waiting around for the cops to write up that it wasn't his fault. SO annoying...

(and now I can't bltch about his sister! )

I'm glad he's ok. Also good that it wasn't his fault-that helps insurance wise.

sorry to hear about that. You think it's annoying now, wait til you deal with the insurance!

DH was in an accident a few mths ago and it totally wasn't his fault....it was still a hassle!

Thank God he's okay though!

thanks girls. The damage isn't too bad but the other driver had a so-called witness that claims Al was speeding -which would be impossible since he just pulled out of his work driveway 20 feet earlier - he couldn't have gotten his speed up that fast.

But because of the 'witness' (that seemed to be friends with the other driver) the cop wrote it up as both at fault.
