Re: Alaska Cruise
Hello hello! I'm going on an Alaska Cruise in July on the Celebrity Summit. I'm so excited! What ports do you stop at? Ours is one way from Vancouver to Seward, stopping in Skagway, Ketchikan, Juneau, and Valdez. The one tip I've heard is to bring a waterproof raincoat and waterproof shoes/gloves -- and to dress in layers!

We have not been on the cruise, but my sister and her husband did it (yrs ago) for their honeymoon and they loved it!!!!! A few years ago friends of ours did it as well and they loved it also!!! All the pics were awesome, and none of them had any complaints!!!!Congratulations and enjoy

Re: Alaska Cruise
we wanted to do the alaskan cruise, but our wedding is too late in the season (late october) so it would have been dark. we're thinking of doing it as an early 1 year anniversary trip. would love to hear your reviews - it looks so gorgeous there!!!!

Re: Alaska Cruise
From what I've heard the helicopter/float plane trips are incredible. However they cost LOTS of money, so that combined with our lack of adventurous spirit (afraid of heights!) is going to keep us doing mostly water based activities. The whale watches in Juneau are supposed to be great, and Ketchikan has excellent kayaking... We haven't booked our excursions yet, but will be withing a week or so.A great message board for info on cruises is:
