I wanted a traditional album, so we didn't have any real issues with this, but I would just give a detailed message as to what you exactly want.

I gave alist with bullet points and was as specific as possible.

yeah, i would be VERY specific. you paid the big bucks for their work and it should be how YOU want it to be. the more specific you are, the easier it will be for them to correct as well. good luck!
