My poor baby.. I have bben fighting with the doctor now for a month and a half.. FINALLY today I saw a different doctor, and she realized my son was wheezing, and his ears were red... They gave him a nebulizer (breathing treatment) TWO IN A ROW!!! It was heartbreaking to see him with the tiny little oxygen mask.. and trying to hold him without hurting him, or breaking the mask.. I wanted to sob the whole day... Now he's on Zithromax, Albuterol Sulfate, zyrtec (for allergies), and another liquid... Its a mild steroid.. the same thing that ws in the breathing treatment.. Then I go back on monday to see how he's doing. My poor baby!

I hope he feels better soon. Please keep a close eye on him since this is RSV season. Since he is very young the dr. probably checked for RSV already, but if they did not you may want to ask on Monday. It is very treatable, but even a mild cold can turn severe in an RSV baby. I am hoping to make you aware rather than scare you. I have a niece and nephew with RSV and they had many of the symptoms Alex does.
