Anyone been and was your experience good or bad? I want to give my Matron a half a day spa day as part of her gift but I have never been to Alexan and they are pretty reasonable.

I personally don't like them and have heard some bad stories. I had a wax there about 2 years ago that wasen't pleasant at all. I recommend Feel Well spa in Wantagh. It's less then 10 minutes away from Alexan. I think their site is www.feelwelltv.com
They are great! I went there the week of my wedding it is a much better, bigger and IMO cleaner.

I just got my eyebrows waxed there yesterday...I have not had a bad experience with them ...I have only been there twice...

My mom has been to Alexan and really likes it. We just got her a GC for her birthday for there. She doesn't have any complaints!
