We booked Alexis because the prices were better and the cars looked so well cared for. We looked at Royalty but the lady just made us sit there and wait and wait...

We used Royalty and had a great experience with them, both with booking and the day of the wedding.
We went to a showcase, just to see Alexis and I was not impressed by their salesperson, or the driver who showed us the car. Then, they annoyed me with phone messages several times a week after that.
You will get varying opinions on this... I believe they are both pretty reputable companies.

We used Alexis and loved them. We had the 64 rolls and the 24 person expedition, both were clean and well maintained. the drivers were so very nice and super helpful, they arrived on time, knew exactly were to go. The company was great from the start, especially for all the questions and phone calls I made I'm sure I drove them nuts.

I didn't look into Alexis, but i'm using Royalty and my friend used them with no problems. Everything was very nice.

we are using Royalty. A number of my sister's friends have used them in the past and were very happy with them.

We booked Alexis..IMO we liked the maintainence of their Limos better...we are getting 2 caddy limos and the '64 Phantom Rolls Royce....
