Im not any help but I had to add I freakin Love pomander balls- I had this pic saved as inspiration and as we have been mentioning lately here carnations are really affordable and those bigger arrangement are carns.

From the posts I have seen here, brides say roses are one of the less expensive flowers so you should be able to use them if that's what you like.
You might want to ask the florists if they use 'stock' flowers to fill the arrangements which would mean you could probably use less of your main flower would that lessen the price. I'm not sure how stock flowers are priced - - they might even wind up costing more than the base flowers but it doesn't hurt to ask.
The low centerpieces will cost less than the tall ones so that might also save you money to use low ones.
here are the tall ones we had and you can see the 'stock' flowers that give it some volume besides having just roses ( and I think hydrangea was in it too).

I am using peonies and they are huge!!! I don't know if they still have them by ur wedding date but look into them, they are an expensive flower, but B u r t o n s doesn't charge you extra for the type of flower!!! I wanted my wedding in spring for the pale peonies, I love them!!!

I am looking to spend under $2000. I have my bouquet, probably 15 or so tables, 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen. 4 extra boutonnieres or so.
I am looking for something like all pink, preferable all one flower- but to save money I can go with something cheaper rather than roses.
I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas- as well as any florists that are within this range. Thanks you!!!
not sure where you live, but The Flower Shoppe on New Hyde Park Rd in Franklin Square is definitely in your range. They did my wedding and did a great job. I had 5 BMs and 5 GMs needed 5 corsages (mom's and grandmas) and 5 bouts (dad's and grandpas) and 10 centerpieces. i used carnations for the BMs and GMs and had them in my centerpiece as well. Everything came to $940 or $960, I can't remember. They are amazing and will definitely work with you.
