FH & I are trying our best. Thanksgiving weekend was hard. We definitely arent eating like we used to, no more junk food, no bad food when we go out.
Now if we could just get our butts back into the gym routine.....

How are you doing with it?

We gained too, but it wasnt alot and it was to be expected.
Its hard not living together but we go and buy alot of the WW stuff and we like most of it. He's a picky eater.
I got the WW calculator and it is soo helpful. Yes I bring it to the store and sit and do it with anything we buy. People must think i'm weird

i officially cancelled my monthly pass to WW. i wasn't going, i have no motivation. plus i have my first fitting this weekend, and would hate to go for a fitting, then have to have it taken in if i lost 10 lbs before the wedding. but i am watching what i eat and am working out, hoping to lose maybe another 2-3 lbs by the wedding. i've actually lost about 5 lbs so that makes me

I'm doing okay. My mom made homemade vegetable soup. I've been eating it at least once a day! Tastes delicious during this cold weather and it's 0 points!

I'm not WW but I've been trying to eat healthier and get in shape. I was fine through the holidays and actually lost weight after Thanksgiving, but now I seem to be back up 1-2 lbs. I'm supposed to get my.... 'friend' today or tomorrow so I'm hoping it's just bloating or water retention.

I've only been working out an average of once a week though.... :(

I'm very scared about xmas because I'll be spending the weekend at FH's grandparents FARM in the middle of nowhere and who knows what we'll be eating. When I went to his other grandparents house they made everything so greasy and even poured oil in a frying pan in order to make bacon.

I might have to bring my own little stash of food with us for the weekend just in case, and blame it on my Crohns disease.

Re: All of my WW girls...

this is funny i was going to revive the thread. I just joined again this week after taking off a month and few weeks due to financial reasons. Happy to say I only gained .8 lbs back since taking off but i am not on my set goal for when my dress comes in at the end of the month.

SO working hard now for the next few weeks even though i am doing three jobs IoI

They gave out all the new books and outlined new parts of hte program at the meeting i went to last night. I honeslty say I feel so happy attending a meeting it makes me feel good and happy after i leave!

Don't panic! Defintely bring a stash of food like granola bars and instant oatmeal if you like it. Also, if they don't eat a lot of fresh fruit, why not bring them a fruit basket? That way you can munch on the fruit if you want a snack or instead of dessert. Don't forget to eat small portions of everything!

You pay monthly instead of week to week. You also get the online tools for free. You still go weekly to get weighed in, but you don't have to pay weekly. They charge your credit card once a month. FH & I signed up in October and did it this way.
