Give me the good the bad and the ugly on this company. We were burned by a nother company and we need to make sure we sign the right one this time.

We switched the them at the last minute and they were amazing---no complaints---beautiful clean cars and great service.

I used them for pick-up/drop off. They arrived early (and waited 1.5 hour in my street). Driver was really nice with no attitude.
It was perfect!

We're using them also. They had such a great selection of cars and I've only heard raves (except for once) about them.

they are ohe fo the only repuatable ones out there beside royalty and sir oliver...they are reg with the BBB, thats important, look em up if you want

I used them and they were terrible. We got a 10 passenger and a hummer. Both drivers were rude. My driver actually stopped in the middle of the road after we had left my parents and demanded that I pay up (the money was with my parents) Then he actually turned around and went back to the house so they could give him the money. My husband's driver drove them to land's end and then immediately told them to get out of the car he was leaving (we wanted to use that limo for pictures) so our best man actually called the company and paid extra for him to stay which made no sense considering we had the limo's till 4:30 and it was only 3pm. When we got back from our HM I called all star to complain and they said they never charged his card.....I found out later that they did charge his card $150!!!!!
I have read alot of reviews about all star and mine isn't the norm. Most people love them.

Yes, this was the one bad review I heard about them, I wonder what the heck happened to make you have such a terrible experience! So sorry you had to deal with all this.
