All Star Limo and Strathmore Limo

Hi everyone !!!! I am seriously on my limo search now, I made appts with All-Star Limo for Nov 2nd, and am about to make one with Strathmore Limos in SeaCliff.

Any feedback on any of these companies?
I'd appreciate it. Thank you all

I've heard some nasty things about All Star ... then we checked their credit report & they did not come up well! They've undergone a name change & they'e moved which is not a good sign ... Strathmore was our second choice, they were nice.

We went with Camelot Limo. I HIGHLY recommend them. They don't have a huge fleet, but they had everything we needed, including 2 minibuses for guests' transportation to & from the hotel. They were so accomodating, very reasonable, & they threw in quite a few extras! We met w/ the owner, Maria on Wed. night & by the time we were leaving, she was kissing us good luck

I would suggest that you give Maria a call - you will LOVE her! 731-5466 ... Good luck!

Cool....How do you check a company's credit report? I've looked up their standing with the BBB but never their credit report.

We used Strathmore for our wedding last May. We loved them from start to finish. The drivers were so awesome, we had not one problem nor a complaint.

We used their 4-pass Rolls Royce and their 14-pass white stretch limo. Both were clean, on time, and we never even had to give directions once. They asked where the picks ups were, where the drop offs were, and they took it from there. Very professional. For the 2 cars for 3 hours, we paid $740, plus 20% gratuity (total of $840). It was worth every penny for the worry free vendor!! They even threw in a pick up for us to go from our reception to our hotel.

My FH did them @ wk. It was VERY helpful. We found out which companies changed names, had suits filed against them, defaulted on loans ... things you'd like to know when you're relying on them to show up on the most important day of your life! My girlfriend had that happen

We were able to weed out the pile (the postcards we were getting). The bad ones we threw, we were left w/ about 3 and we liked Camelot the best.

I'll ask Vinnie how he does it, but I know it's not hard.

I used All Star for my wedding 3 wks ago and they were perfect! Very courteous and friendly - the drivers helped us out at the church with the overall organization and plans. I was very happy with them.

This is second-hand info - but my girlfriend used All Star a few months ago and raved about them. I haven't had a chance to get down there yet.

I used allstar in July and they were also perfect...

the driver arrived 30 min early to our house and came in and sat and chatted with us...he even helped himself to a cup of coffee!!

the limo on the way home was just as nice...we ended up leaving 30 mins after we were supposed to and he was not pushy, but just gently reminded us that we would have to get going...
