Question for you all, how far along were you when it happened. When did the bleeding stop. This seem like it is going to go on forever, sorry if this is TMI Anyway today as I was thinking about this pregnancy that will never be I got a little sad. I know a lot of people say I am an encouragement to them, but today I guess I needed a little encouragement. Someone sent me one of the sweetest emails. God does know what we need even before we know we will need it. I was 4 weeks
So I thought I will share it here, it might encourage someone else.
Hi Shamma, I don't always keep up with what goes on, on the boards. So, I just saw your post regarding your miscarriage. I will attempt to make this as short as possible. I am so sorry. I don't personally know you, but I was genuinely happy for you when you announced your pregnancy.
Just a word of encouragement... Because God made you, created you and has declared your destiny...He knew that you would be going through this situation. So this is not a mistake. It is not an obstacle. It is a stepping stone in your faith.
Remember there is purpose in this situation. You never know who God will place in your path...that you will have to share your testimony with. There are some things involving this process that I'm sure can only be understood when you go through it.
So just a reminder that you are blessed and highly favored and god will give you the desires of your heart. Events in our lives do not happen by chance...remember, the steps of a righteous man are ordered by God.
Much love.... You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Re: ALL THOSE THAT HAVE HAD A MISCARRIAGE
Hugs and love to you....you will get through this and I can attest to the fact that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and when it is your time for another baby( and it will be soon) you will feel something different, something more peaceful and knowing because of what you have goone through
here's TMI on me:
Stillborn at 8 months 6 years ago miscarriage at 9 weeks 3 years ago...had a perfect sonogram and 3 days later bleeding started, went to ER, it was a complete miscarriage, did not even need a D & C...
The miscarriage was a complete surprise, the bleeding lasted for about 3 weeks, it kept stopping and starting again...focus on you and anything you need to do to make yourself feel better ok??
You are a strong women and this all happened for reasons we can't understand.
a little bit crazy but I once saw a spiritual medium ( whther you believe in this or not, his sentiments were what matters) ...this man knew I had lost two babies and said he knew I was questioning why this could happen to me...he said that sometimes souls only need to learn one thing...unconditional love...and that unconditional love from a mother is the strongest kind...they come to us for the shortest period's of time and the love you give them in that brief time, is all the need and they leave...that for those who have been 'blessed' ( hard to think of as a blessing, I know) should realize that we have shared an ultimate gift, to love unconditionally something we can only imagine, have never felt, known, or seen....and that we are special to be able to have given so much, so much love and never had the chance to receive it back. I hope somes of this helps!!!

Re: ALL THOSE THAT HAVE HAD A MISCARRIAGE
shamma I am glad you got such a beautiful message sent to you. I was crying when I heard
In due time it will be right and beautiful for you & DH
To answer question: 22 weeks, and I bled for 3 weeks at various volumes. I was extremely young at the time; so young my A/F was still quite irregular. I have not TTC since then, but DH & are talking about begining TTC next April - June.

Re: ALL THOSE THAT HAVE HAD A MISCARRIAGE
I want to add my support. While I know God makes NO mistakes, sometimes the situation just plain $ucks and God never says we have to like 'his' (or as I say 'her') plans either. You are all entitled to be sad. Saddness does not make you less Faithfull.
Hugs to each of you and may you be blessed very, very soon.
