We have just had the worst experience with them we ordered a computer armoire in October. We were suppose to have it within 8 weeks. We didn't get it till about a week ago and it was damaged . It had to go back it will now be another 4-6 weeks. It sucks. Our computer is on the floor still after they have made us pay it in full. The only discount they gave us was free delivery for the broken piece. We are going on almost 5 months. I will never go their again. Beware, they don't even return my phone calls

Thanks for the heads up. I was at Hoffman Koos yesterday and was thinking of looking in there but we ended up not going in!

Sorry to hear about the problems with All Wood Furniture .. I can totally sympathize .. we had a heck of an experience with Huffman Koos!
Jan05Bride .. please stay away from Huffman Koos!!! Do a search on this site .. I am not the only one here who had a disasterous experience with them .. it was a total nitemare!!! And the problem carried on for nearly 1 year .. took them about 5 delieveries and 2 tech visits and all the vacation time I had at work before I was satisfied enough to give up and stop persuing the issues with our dining room table. Everyone in every department of that company was sickening to deal with .. it's been a couple of years .. but it still turns my stomach when I think about it .. and I simply felt I needed to share once again here .. to give you another heads up.

I am so sorry that you had a problem. We purchased our living room and dinning room sets from them and didnt have a problem.

Sorry you had this experience. I just recently had a bad experience turn good with them. I ordered a console table and they said 8 weeks or so. Well about 2-3 weeks later they left a message to say it was discontinued. When I called to findout the deal I was treated very very rudely. No one in the store would speak to me because my sale person was out of the office. He was going to be out for 2-3 days and no one would talk to me. And to top it off they were rude about it. I told them I would cancel right now and they were still rude. Wound up we wanted about 5 days and went in person - after waiting about a half hour for them to find and free up our salesperson...he gave us the floor smaple (which was in good condition) and took about $75 off the price - no haggling or anything. It wound up perfect for us but I still have mixed feelings about the store and their customer service. I would be agressive with them and see if you can get something off the price for your difficulties. Many stores will do this.

I almost bought our bedroom set from ALL WOOD last month! Thank God, I didn't, I was overly impressed with the sales lady who helped us. I felt really pushed aside and rushed, so I didn't even go back to show FH--I'm glad I didn't!! Thanks for the warning! hope it all works out for you!
ETS: My mom just informed me they had a similar problem with a computer desk they ordered from them--they sent the top piece a different wood stain then the bottom! they had to wait forever for the new piece!
