I did buy an organic prenatal vitamin today that is strictly food based and can be taken on an empty stomach - I didnt try it yet because I had a 6 hour training to give today, and didnt want to have to run out and puke during it.... bad enough I had to go to the bathroom and puke right as they were getting ready to introduce me!
