allergic to wedding dresses

I just got back from the eye doc and he said that I'm def having an allergic reaction to something. He asked what I've been doing new recently...
no new detergent...no new face lotions...

and he said it's def contact..(meaning something that has touched my eyes)...so I was thinking and I said to him..
'I've been trying on a lot of wedding dresses lately, and they've been rubbing against my face going on...could I be allergic to something in them?'

and he said it's def possible

yeep, oh well

its prob lots of perfume, deoderant, etc that has been rubbed off onto the dresses from previous girls trying it on. I wouldn't panic I am sure your gown will be fine

I was thinking the same thing.
From here on out, when you do try on dresses, try your absolute best to not let your face touch the dress. Hopefully that will help!

Ah! That's a really good point Shauna. That makes me feel better for sure. I was getting a little scared there.

Well, at least you know it's an allergy...

What did the doc recommend that you do, anything?

Are you feeling better btw?

he gave me ointment and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I put the ointment on a lil while ago, and it def feels better. My eyes are open a lil more and it def looks nastaaaay, but it isn't as 'painful'

it didn't really 'hurt' but my eyes were like..idk crusty so everything felt glued together, and that's loosened a bit. Thanks for asking

See if you can maybe step into the dresses rather than have them go over your head. Hope you feel better!
