I can't take it anymore.... This has been the worst month ever as far as allergies goes....Have a headache woke up all stuffy. did the neti pot, not working, took advil sinus, not working....feel like choping my head off, that's how bad it is....ughhhh going to take a hottest shower ever mabye the steam will help.....Just so much to do and I hate to waste the day feeling like poo

maybe you should try a daily med like claritin. oh and nasal sprays work wonders!! (like nasnex/flonase)

I know what you mean, allergies have really been killing FH and me lately. Not even my usual Zyrtec has been able to help me out this past month :(
