i was on the originial Xenycal prescription kind a few years ago!
This stuff DOES work! BUT the side affects are horrendous thats why i stopped using it.
Its not so much of 'pooping' its more of an orange leakage.......an oil that leaves your body which is the fat your body didnt obsorb.
This also teaches you to eat better! If you dont want orange then dont eat that Big Mac! LOL
I may try it again since this OTC version may not be as strong as the prescription kind and will be able to control it better.

i think i am going to try them...they say the bad stuff ..lol only happens if oyu eat fatty foods

The more I read about Alli, the more I think it's meant to work as aversion therapy: You eat fat while taking it and bad things happen to your body (and clothes!!), so you learn to eat less fat in order to avoid the 'side effects.'
